There is an issue with case manager running on windows server 2008 (our new terminal servers) where when multiple users log on to the same server (which happens by nature on a terminal server) when one users "select cases" view preferences change they often effect other users on the same server.

For example if I set my preview to show "my" cases and GIO workers Compensation cases the next person who logs on to the server will get my settings.

The settings seam to being saved on a per server basis rather than a per user basis. I have contacted case manager regarding this issue and Ill be following them up strongly on this shortly.
