We have had some issues with case manager lately on the terminal server where it won't start or it gives an error similar to "error;75, Path/File access error". Case manager Tech support have advised this is a known issue and have provided a work around as follows:

There is a new Icon on your terminal server desktop. Its named "Case Manager Loader". Typically use this when you're on the terminal server and you should not see the issue above.

Please note that it wont (shouldn't) help with the other problems that we have been experiencing.
