I met James Ellis about 12 years ago whilst working with a pain management service that used his professional rooms on a sessional basis on the Central Coast. During the occasional conversation I had with James, and those James had with my colleagues in the pain management service (James loves a chat!), I learned that we shared a number of values: pro-active management, appreciation of the power of behavioural change and respectful communication.

Our paths crossed again when my career had moved from treatment and occupational rehabilitation into claims and injury management.
